We’re excited to announce an update on Live-360: Voice-to-Phone*. The voice to Phone feature is base on voice broadcasting service, used by organizations to inform people of news promptly; it’s a perfect way to compliment email communications.

How it works

Message
Record your message on our web recorder, or upload messages pre-recorded. You may prefer the Text-to-Speech option: select language and write your message. That’s it.

Contacts
Use the Live-360 contacts to select users or groups who you want to send the message.

Send
You can call right away or schedule it for a later time.

Review
Keep track of all the call details. Just select what call you want to check.

Multiple Caller ID’s
Voice-to-phone allows you to place your phone number (business/home/cell) as the origin Caller ID for the calls. Your contacts will see your Caller ID on the phone screen. You may have multiple (up to 5) Caller ID’s

Instant or Scheduled calls
You can start your calls right away or schedule it for a later time.

Contact & Groups
Use the Live-360 contacts to organize and save phone numbers you regularly call (customers, providers, family).

This feature comes with standard 500 calls in the Marketing Plan and 1000 calls in the Telemedicine plan. You can buy more packages of calls at your convenience.
