360 operates as a software-as-a-service (SaaS) provider for insurance professionals and agencies. Depending on your relationship with us, we act in the following capacities:
– Service Provider / Business Associate: When processing client records, policies, or Protected Health Information (“PHI”) within Live 360 on behalf of licensed agents or agencies, we act as a Service Provider and Business Associate governed by HIPAA and executed Business Associate Agreements (BAAs).
– Data Controller / Business: For visitors to our marketing website, billing contacts, and account administrators, we collect information necessary to manage our business relationships.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We collect information necessary to provide reliable agency management and CRM services, including:
– Account & Contact Information: Name, business email, phone number, National Producer Number (NPN), agency affiliation, and account credentials.
– Customer-Provided Records: Client profiles, policy records, Medicare/Medicaid identifiers, and documentation uploaded by authorized agents to manage their book of business.
– Technical Telemetry: IP addresses, device types, operating systems, authentication logs, and general usage statistics required for security and performance.

3. HOW WE USE INFORMATION
We use collected information exclusively to:
– Deliver, maintain, and secure the Live 360 platform and related services;
– Authenticate authorized users and prevent unauthorized access;
– Fulfill customer instructions under executed contracts and BAAs;
– Comply with applicable legal, regulatory, and industry standards;
– Provide professional customer support.

WE DO NOT SELL, RENT, OR SHARE PERSONAL INFORMATION OR PHI WITH THIRD PARTIES FOR MARKETING OR ADVERTISING PURPOSES.

4. SUB-PROCESSORS & ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE
360 engages vetted infrastructure providers to support cloud hosting, secure database management, and platform features.
– Infrastructure: All primary cloud databases and secure storage are hosted within enterprise US-based cloud infrastructure (Amazon Web Services).
– AI Safeguards: Optional AI features operate strictly via enterprise API connections governed by zero-data-retention or restricted-retention configurations under executed BAAs. Customer data is never used to train public or shared models.

5. DATA SECURITY & RETENTION
We maintain administrative, physical, and technical safeguards designed to protect data against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. Data is retained in accordance with customer instructions, contractual commitments, and applicable legal standards.
