4. Hi360x AI Services – Additional Privacy Terms

When you use Hi360x, our AI-powered sales and lead qualification platform, we additionally process:

– Call recordings, transcripts, and AI-generated summaries
– Chat and email conversations processed by AI
– Lead qualification data and scoring results
– User feedback, corrections, and interactions with AI outputs

Use of Hi360x Data:
– To provide, maintain, and improve Hi360x AI services
– To train and enhance our AI models (see opt-out below)
– For analytics, reporting, and service optimization

AI Model Training Opt-Out:
You may opt out of having your data used for AI model training at any time by emailing privacy@360techusa.com. Opting out will not affect your use of Hi360x.

Data Retention:
Hi360x data (conversations, transcripts, leads) is retained for 12 months unless you request earlier deletion. Upon termination of your account, all Hi360x data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

No Sale of Data:
We do not sell your personal data, including data processed through Hi360x.

Consent for Recording:
If Hi360x records calls or communications, you are responsible for obtaining necessary consent from all parties as required by applicable law.
